When and where is the Youth Summer Camp?
Chapel Valley youth will be attending JR / SR High 2 on July 10th — July 14th at Spencer Lake near Waupaca, WI. For more information on Spencer Lake Christian Center, please click here.
Is there a deadline to register?
Yes. If you have kids who are planning to attend Youth Summer Camp, please register by June 10th for early bird. If registering after this date please contact Pastor David or click here register!
How much does Youth Camp cost per student and what is included?
The cost for the week is $275 per student. If you register BEFORE June 10th, there is an early bird rate of $245. Meals, lodging, and activities are included in the camp registration cost.
Should my kid(s) bring any extra spending money?
We recommend bringing a small amount of extra cash for food or snacks on the drive there, as well as purchasing optional snacks during free times. $40-60 is recommended. Please do not bring more than $80.
What food is being served?
Spencer Lake will be serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Optional snacks and treats are available for purchase during afternoon free times and during late-night activities.
How will students get there?
We will be meeting at Chapel Valley Church (3102 Prairie Rd, Madison WI 53719) to carpool to Spencer Lake on Monday, July 10th at 10AM. Please be sure to register early so we can prepare travel arrangements for everyone! Parents are welcome to take their kids to the camp directly if preferred.
Who are the leaders?
Not only will Chapel Valley Youth Hang leaders be attending and spending the week with your students. There will be awesome youth leaders from churches around the area to ensure a safe environment for everyone. All Chapel Valley youth leaders have completed annual background checks.
Are cell phones allowed?
Yes! Students will have their cell phones available at all times in case they need to be contacted for any reason or if they would like to contact parents throughout the week.
